• NeighborWorks® Toledo Region's Financial Opportunity Center© provides no-cost financial wellness services designed to equip community members with the tools they need to achieve their financial goals, whether they be short-term like paying off a credit card, or long-term like purchasing a home for the first time. HUD-certified Housing Counselors offer credentialed support and guidance to assist individuals and families along their paths to financial freedom while promoting healthy habits that encourage generational wealth building.
• NeighborWorks® Toledo Region's Community Connections program assists income-eligible homeowners and renters in lowering the cost of their electric bill while increasing their homes' energy efficiency. Applicants may receive free refrigerator and deep freezer replacements, as well as free lightbulbs, power strips, and carbon monoxide detectors.
