Central Residents Council (CRC)

The Central Residents Council (CRC) is the jurisdiction-wide residents council representing all residents living in the LMHA Developments as well as Scattered Sites. The purpose of a Central Resident Council is to keep the lines of communication open between the residents, LMHA, HUD and local service providers. They work together to improve the quality of life for the residents by helping establish and maintain security, promoting programs which provide improved educational, recreational and social service opportunities as well as helping to improve the opportunites for economic stability of residents.
