Applicant must bring a Social Security card, driver's license, or birth certificate for each family member, and income verification. Monthly rents are supplemented by the federal government for low- to moderate-income persons. The amount is based on income and cannot exceed 30% of adjusted gross income. Rents are reviewed annually. Government-assisted rental units are limited to tenants who are at least 62 years of age or disabled.

SENIOR DINING SITE
This program is funded in part, by the Older Americans Act. Some senior dining sites offer breakfast, evening, weekend meals and/or activities.
Advance meal order reservations are required. Meals are on a donation basis. Donations are voluntary and confidential. Some dining sites are also located in senior apartments, churches, temples, or community centers. Transportation is available to most dining sites. For more details about activities, dates, meals, times transportation, or reservations, please contact your local senior center.
