SERVICES PROVIDED: Human/Social Services issues, information and referral, community showers. Homeless individuals can receive their mail at St Paul's. Payee services, outreach, homeless shelter, winter crisis program, permanent supportive housing.

DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICES:
THE SHELTER: our 35 bed facility provides temporary and emergency shelter for men and women. Approximately 90% of the guests have been diagnosed with mental illness. The safe, clean environment gives those in need a place to stay while our staff coordinates treatment and support services.
PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: we operate a 28 apartment facility where we provide support services, including case management, skills building, and referrals so that individuals can live independently.
WINTER CRISIS PROGRAM: on the coldest nights of the year, we open our doors to anyone in the community who needs a warm place to stay and refuge from the bitter, dangerous cold. No one is turned away. Winter Crisis saves lives!
THE PAYEE PROGRAM: the payee program is our largest and most innovative homelessness prevention program. We help individuals with mental health issues and developmental disabilities get a grip on their finances and manage their funds properly. Our caring, knowledgeable staff works with clients to set monthly budgets, pay bills on time, and ensure that all necessities are secures. OUTREACH PROGRAM: Our outreach program consists of qualified social workers who engage homeless individuals on the street level. The outreach workers assist individuals access community resources, medical services and housing.
