Offers programs and services based on the individual's ability to afford. Advocacy, information, problem solving, Medicare Part D sign up, ramp installation, minor home repair, personal care and housekeeping, weekday ride assistance, out of town medical rides, rural home delivered meals and an affordable medications program. Eligible seniors are Erie county residents who are 60 or older and reside independently in the community. Our mission is to help seniors remain independently and safely in their own residence.
