The Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol program is a partnership between the Toledo Police Department and the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio Inc. Volunteers check on homebound seniors who reside in the city of Toledo and live alone or are home alone due to family members working. Additionally, they check homes of citizens who are on vacation.
