- Health screenings, classes, trips and wellness programs. Afternoon and evenings and entertainment programs are offered monthly.

- Medical claims assistance. Our trained volunteers will assist you, at no charge, with your Medicare and insurance claims. Homebound assistance is available.

- Cafeteria discounts. Your membership card entitles you to a 10% discount in Memorial Hospital's Chestnut Cafe' cafeteria.

- Free take home meal. You and your spouse or significant other will receive a free take home meal upon discharge from Memorial Hospital.

- Senior Advisor. The Golden Threads staff is available to assist you in finding a physician and locating memorial Hospital services. Our staff can also assist you with other community services.

- Other discounts and services. Free notary services, 10% hospital gift shop discount, area merchant discount, quarterly newsletter, resource library and free 'exercise senior style' class.
