Memorial home health care provides highly qualified staff to provide medical/surgical nursing, disease management education, wound care IV therapy and rehabilitation therapies. Memorial home health is staffed by nurses, certified home health aides, physical, occupational, and speech therapies and social workers. A registered nurse is available at all times.
Home health is for a patient who has intermittent skilled nursing or therapy need and is homebound.
Hospice is for patient with a terminal diagnosis of 6 months or less if the illness runs a normal course. We provide physical, emotional, spiritual and psychosocial care for patient and family. We are "Hometown" Hospice able to provide comfort at the end of life.
