Provides outpatient and in-home therapies that include: Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies. Clinic locations are: Toledo/Maumee, Whitehouse, Bowling Green, Clyde, North Baltimore, Pemberville, and Elmore. Balance screening and therapy in both outpatient clinics or at home. We have eight clinics in Northwest Ohio.
