Non-profit psycho-social rehabilitation center in a clubhouse environment that serves adults in Ottawa and Erie counties who are recovering from mental illness. The Oak House helps build a network that allows members to be self-sufficient, productive members of our society. Requirements: 1. Over the age of 18. 2. Must be diagnosed with SMD (severely mentally disabled). 3. Must live in Erie or Ottawa County.
