Northwest Ohio Dental Clinic

The Northwest Ohio Dental Clinic provides services to those who are uninsured or have Medicaid. For those that are uninsured, we provide a sliding fee scale service and this is based on family size and total household income. For those that have Medicaid (Ohio Medicaid, Anthem, Buckeye Community Health, Paramount Advantage), we provide the services that are covered under this plan and any other services that are not covered; we would then use the sliding fee scale service. The services that we provide at our clinic include: preventative exams, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings/restorations, root canals, extractions, patient education, dentures, partials, crowns, bridges, and acute pain relief. We provide these services to children ages 2 and older, adults, and elderly. We also will provide an interpreter to those families who are Spanish-speaking only.
