A long-term Nursing Facility that provides both short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care as well as short-term respite stays. Not limited to Erie County residents. This facility has a secured Special Care Unit, with an in-house Alzheimer's/Dementia Support Group. Hospice Services are also available within the Facility. Erie County Care Facility has been providing care to the Erie County Community for over 150 years. For facility admission you will need a Universal Pre-Admission Review. This is a state-required service for those entering a Medicaid certified nursing facility in Ohio.
