Subsidized Housing - Elderly, Subsidized Housing - Family, Accessible Housing
Monthly rents are supplemented by the federal government for low- to moderate-income persons. The amount is based on income and cannot exceed 30% of annual adjusted income. Rent is reviewed annually.
Apply at: 211 S. Byrne Rd., Toledo, OH 43614. Applications will be accepted two days per week (Monday & Wednesday 9am-12pm) if you are a family household, near elderly (at least 50 years of age or older), handicapped or disabled. Applications will be accepted five days weekly if you are elderly (62 years of age or older). You MUST have the following information in order to place an application: picture ID's for all adults in the household, Social Security cards for all members of the household, and birth certificates for all members of the household. It is also advisable to have any income verifications with you when you apply.
