Must have referral from attorney, church, agency, caseworker, doctor. Last two weeks of each month. Monday thru Friday 10 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 2 PM. Service available once a month.
Personal Needs Pantry: Churches can call LSS at 419-243-9178 and ask for the personal needs assessor to refer someone to this ministry. Federal income guidelines.
