To apply, applicant needs a Social Security card, picture ID, and birth certificate for each family member and income verification. Monthly rents are supplemented by the federal government for low-to moderate-income persons. The amount is based on income and cannot exceed 30% of adjusted gross income. Rents are reviewed annually. Government-assisted rental units are limited to tenants who are at least 62 years of age or disabled. 62 years of age can apply for conventional housing Monday-Friday from 9am to 3pm. Currently not accepting Section 8 applications but will provide information regarding private Section 8 through HUD.
