Services offered to residents east of the Maumee River (Northwood, East Toledo, Rossford, Elmore, Oregon, etc..)
Meal Program: Meals are open to anyone hungry.
Breakfast: Mon/Wed/Fri: 8 am-10am Lunch: Monday through Friday: 11 am-1pm
Clothing and misc. household items are given away, when available, during our meal times on a first-come first-serve basis.
The following Services are available to clients living in east Toledo or areas east of the Maumee River. Proof of residency is required. Also proof of income for all adults (or proof support if no income) Picture ID and Proof of everyone in the household.
All of the above are required every time for assistance
Proof of Residence acceptable-
Current utility bill, any type of mail with a current postmark and your name and address
We DO NOT accept rent receipts or rental lease agreements as proof of residency.

Picture ID, Current proof of: Address, Household income and proof of Household members are required each time. This service is available once every 30 days-per household
Hygiene Kits:
1st & 3rd Wednesdays: 9am-11am

Household income required
St. Vincent DePaul Representative:
2nd and 4th Wednesdays: 9am-11am- Limit of up to $50 depending on availability of funds. This service is available once every 365 days- per household. Help is up to the discretion of the representative. Checks will be mailed to the appropriate recipient.
They help with:
- Assistance with disconnect notices, court ordered eviction notices. Most recent disconnect notice or eviction notice, Proof of household income and picture ID are required. Proof of other source of assistance is required if bill is a substantial amount. Payment will be made out to Landlord or Utility Company.
- Birth Certificated or picture ID-proof of address and household income required. Payment will be made out to appropriate agency.
- Prescriptions-(we do not help with any kind of mind altering medication, i.e.: sedatives, pain killers, anxiety meds, etc.) Proof of income, Residence and actual prescription is required. Also client needs to obtain statement from Pharmacy as to how much prescription will cost. Payment will be made out to the Pharmacy only, and only for exact amount of the amount of the prescription. St Vincent Depaul reserves the right to confirm total cost with pharmacy before helping client.
- We do not help with deposits or down payments for rent or utilities, phone bills, bus or train tickets, cash, or gasoline for cars.
