50-bed comprehensive healthcare center that specializes in skilled nursing care, intensive rehabilitation, hospice and respite care.

Medical services include: individualized care plans to specifically meet each resident's needs; hospice services; physical and occupational therapies; respiratory and speech therapies; dietary, activity and social work services; enteral feedings; short-term stays for respite or rehabilitation; x-ray, laboratory and pharmacy services; and dental, podiatry or optometry care available by appointment.

Specialized services include: IV therapy, pain management, terminal care, total parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition, tracheostomy care, wound care and psychological services.

Rehabilitation services include: physical, occupational, or speech therapy; individualized split QD treatments; therapy up to 3 hours per day; and licensed therapists and therapy assistants to provide specialized therapy programs to meet each patient's needs.

Goal of restorative nursing staff to facilitate an optimal level of independence for each resident. Uses the following activities: ambulation and gait training; active range of motion (exercise classes); passive range of motion (contracture and bed bound residents); bowel and bladder retraining; independent dining; and reinforcement of personal care skills.

Accommodations and personal services include: semi-private rooms; individual emergency call system; cable TV service available; phone jacks; individual climate controls for each room; beauty/barber salon; counseling and social services; personal laundry and linen services available; newspaper delivery available.

Socialization/Recreation includes: attractive lounges, full-time activity director; social, recreation and cultural activities; religious services; community outings using handicap-equipped facility bus; special events and programs; Resident's Council and a volunteer program.
