COVID-19 updates - Vaccination Distribution to begin in Ottawa County
Port Clinton, Ohio - Ottawa County will receive a limited number of COVID-19 vaccines from the State of Ohio sometime early next week. Vaccines will be allocated to those in group 1B that are 80 years and older.
Providers in Ottawa County will be the Ottawa County Health Department, Magruder Hospital, and the Kroger Pharmacy. The Health Department and Hospital will be contacting those that have pre-registered on the Ottawa County Health Department website to arrange appointments.
Vaccinations will be by appointment only. There will be no walk-ins accepted. Please register by going to the Ottawa County Health Department website, calling 2-1-1- or contacting Ottawa County Senior Resources at 419-898-6459 or toll free 1-877-898-6459. Vaccinations will begin the week of January 18th by appointment only.
Upcoming scheduling:
January 25: people 75 years and older may begin to Register
February 1: people 70 years and older and employees of K - 12 schools returning to in-person or hybrid modules
February 8: people 65 years and older
