The ADAMhs Board does not directly provide services but contracts with agencies to provide these services. The Four County ADAMhs Board plans, funds, and monitors the behavioral healthcare needs of the residents of the four counties of Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams. It provides information about behavioral health services, laws and related news, as well as communication tools and other features.
The ADAMhs Board also has a client rights officer and consumer advocate.
