In 2016, Beach House and FOCUS joined forces to become Leading Families Home. Collectively, our team has helped households transition from homelessness to permanent housing since 1921.
Housing Assistance for the homeless including safe and affordable housing with intensive Case Management. Last 2 weeks of each month - walk-in food referrals to local resources. Peer Support for those being evicted from rental properties. Assistance with signing up and enrollment in SSI/SSDI through Ohio Benefit Bank.
