Fairlawn Haven includes many amenities including a recreational facility with indoor theraputic pool, spa, shuffleboard, walking track, cafe, grocery store, pool and ping pong tables, weight room and woodworking shop.

Parking is convenient and tenants have full use of the campus, including Wyse Commons Wellness Center, which includes an indoor pool, walking track, Café, pool tables, exercise equipment and library.
Each Apartment is equipped with an emergency Pull Cord, and medical pendants are available for a one-time cost.
Fairlawn’s Campus is Tobacco Smoke Free, which includes all areas of the Fairlawn Apartments.
