Independent Living - Services include continental breakfasts available, dinner and weekly housekeeping, utilities (except phone), security system with 24 hour a day nurse available. Full activities calendar with available exercise room with heated in-ground pool.

Assisted Living Level 1 -
Living arrangements: Variety of apartment styles, full carpeting, all utilities (except phone), cable television service, on-site housekeeping/maintenance staff, continental breakfasts available, and a full service lunch and dinner.
Safety and health: 24 hour-a-day nurse on staff for emergencies, regular health screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar and weight), emergency call buttons, smoke detectors and sprinkler system throughout complex, personal care services.
Amenities: heated, in ground pool for summer swimming, individual garden areas, beautiful walkways, picturesque lakeside sitting areas.
Services: rides for medical appointments; shopping, field trips and group outings; flat linen, personal laundry, telephone and hair salon services; convenient parking and limited storage space available.

Assisted Living Level II -
Living Arrangements: private and semi-private rooms, full carpeting, all utilities (except phone), cable television service, on-site housekeeping/maintenance staff, three full meals served.
Safety and Health: Same as level I and licensed medical staff on duty 24 hours a day.
Amenities and services same as Level I.

Long Term Care Level III -
Living Arrangements: Private and semi-private rooms, spacious accommodations to allow for personal items, in-room cable television service, three full meals served in two comfortable dining rooms.
Safety and health: Same as Level I with licensed medical staff on duty 24 hours a day, a spacious therapy room and physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
Amenities: Same as Level I with daily planned activities at various levels and a secured outside patio. Services same as Level I.
