Provides adult day care services for those 18 and older. Handicapped accessible. Closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (half day), Christmas Day.
Travel to and from center. Rides for center outings at no charge.
There is a minimum of two staff persons on site at all times. Staffing will be adjusted relative to the number of clients and the needs of clients.
Services: personal hygiene as indicated, a variety of activities, rehabilitative therapy by licensed therapist ($45/hour), hair care (if by aide, it is free but there is a charge for in house beautician.
Provide the following:
*Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, fingernail and toenail care, etc.
*Monitoring and supervision
*Crafts, games, and other activities to enhance each client's social interactions
*Noon meal, plus morning and afternoon snacks
*Quiet areas available for resting or reading
*Spacious living area, with room for walking and movement
Three levels of care: basic, enhanced and intensive.
