Clinton Circle

Clinton Circle is located on the South side of Defiance and encompasses over five acres. Clinton Circle was built in 1979 and is a community of 80 apartments and townhouse units; seven one-bedroom apartments consisting of 669 square feet; 41 two-bedroom townhouse apartments consisting of 1,106 square feet; 19 two-bedroom garden apartments consisting of 764 square feet; and 13 three-bedroom apartments consisting of 1,370 square feet. All apartments have a living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, closet areas, storage rooms, mechanical closets and bathrooms. The kitchens are equipped with 30-amp four-burner name brand electric range, Nutone ceiling exhaust fan, a 14-cubic foot name brand refrigerator and double-bowl stainless steel sink with Whirlaway disposal. There are concrete patios or porches for each ground level apartment and wood deck balconies for upper level apartments.
