Contact any funeral director in town to request if that funeral director would be willing to take on an indigent funeral. If the director accepts the case the funeral director is to contact the Historic Woodlawn Cemetery Office at (419) 472-2186. The cemetery office will ask the family to come in and sign an affidavit stating that the deceased was an indigent individual. The cemetery office will make the payment to the Funeral Director directly for his professional service and pay for the plot and burial of the deceased.
