Caregivers have access to education and support services through the Caregiver Support Program via the Center for Successful Aging, the University of Toledo, Health Science Campus. This information can be sent directly to your home. Caregivers may request information on many topics including: living wills/advance directives, nutrition, vision, fall prevention, exercise, loss and aging, nursing homes, medical equipment, illness and aging, adult day centers, stress and aging, home safety, strokes, hearing, arthritis, home modification, medication management, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, kidney disease, diabetes, depression, mental health, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, menopause, caregiving issues, grief and bereavement.
