The Mission of Cancer Connection of NWO Inc. is to ensure a full compliment of support so that no one needs to go through cancer alone. Serving ALL cancers and ALL ages.

HAND- IN-HAND PROGRAM
Cancer Connection believes that no one should go through the complex and emotional journey of cancer alone. The Hand-in-Hand Program is designed to provide clients ongoing support and companionship while they are being served by the organization. This service is provided through home visits, regular phone conversations and, when requested, attendance with the client to doctor appointments.

REFERRALS TO LOCAL SERVICES
Cancer Connection uses a highly personalized approach to identifying the needs of cancer patients and their families. Whether these needs are physical, emotional, financial, or in another area of life, Cancer Connection looks closely at the individual to determine the programs that will best fit the needs of the client and/or the family. This service is possible due to the ongoing effort we make to identify and stay closely connected to helpful programs and resources offered within the community.
