The Byrneport Apartments are a 100-unit rental community comprised of 11 residential buildings and a community building with an on-site management office. The 100 units are comprised of two-bedroom units located within three-story, walk-up buildings and two-story townhome buildings. Note that a portion of the three-story building is partially below grade. The brick buildings were originally built in 1978 as a HUD Section 8 property.
