Harbor of Wood County, Inc. (fka Behavioral Connections) is a not for profit comprehensive behavioral health care agency supporting Wood County Residents who are coping with a variety of challenges including mental health, substance use, and family issues. In July 2014, Harbor and Behavioral Connections of Wood County joined forces to strengthen operations by broadening the scope of services available to current and future clients, and helping them to reach their goals and live fulfilling, independent, productive lives.

HOW DO I ACCESS SERVICES?
Access services by calling us at 419-352-5387 or by attending our walk-in Assessment Clinic. You will meet with an assessment clinician who will learn about your concerns or difficulties and help you make a decision about the most appropriate treatment for you.

* You must check in before 3:00 p.m. to be eligible to be seen that day. Assessments are first come, first served. Please arrive as early as possible for more immediate service.
