Program Description: This Evidence Based WISE 6-Session Workshop Series is specifically for grandparents and family caregivers raising children when the biological parent is unable or unwilling to do so. Provides caregivers age 55 and older the opportunity to learn about the aging process, how to make healthy lifestyle choices, and how to use simple tools to help feel empowered about their health. WISE is facilitated through our partnership with Harbor. First time participants who successfully complete the 6-Session WISE Series can earn a $50.00 Kroger gift card provided by Harbor.
