Honoring Caregiver Recognition Dinner

Friday, November 1st the Area Office on Aging will hold the first Honoring Caregiver Recognition event! This event aims to celebrate and appreciate caregivers of all kinds, acknowledging the long hours, hard work and endless support caregivers provide their family, friends, and neighbors so they can live independently Better & Longer! There will be some local resources, live entertainment, a celebratory dinner, and of course awards.

Below is a nomination form for a caregiver you would like to spotlight! Nominations will be accepted through Sunday, September 15th.
