Tai Ji Workshop

The Lakewoods is hosting a free 10 week Tai Ji Workshop. The goal of the program is to improve your balance, strength and mobility as an older adult. These movements can be done seated in a chair or standing. Tai Ji is low impact and generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. Come out and gain self-confidence to prevent falls. Classes begin January 18, 2019 and will continue every Friday for ten weeks. Class time is 1:30pm. To register, please call 419-380-8079.
