Tai Ji Workshop

Pelham Manor is hosting a free 6 week Tai Ji Workshop. The goal of the program is to improve your balance, strength and mobility as an older adult. These movements can be done seated in a chair or standing. Tai Ji is low impact and generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. Come out and gain self-confidence to prevent falls. Classes begin Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 and will continue every Tuesday and Thursday for six weeks, ending Thursday June 27th. Class time is 10:00am. To register, please call 419-537-1515.
